Upon incorporation in 1999, Carter I/A began providing engineering services in the Power Industry. Our early projects included Y2K Testing and Validation, Boiler Combustion Control Tuning and Programming, Electrical Installation, and Construction Management.

| Since then, we have successfully transitioned our skills to Electrical, Controls and Instrumentation projects throughout a broad range of industries. Our UL 508A panel shop was established in 2003. | |
| Carter I/A is located in Los Alamitos, CA, with a satellite office in nearby Long Beach. Our staff has an established reputation for cost effective project performance and seamless transition-to-contract consulting assignments working alongside the staff of our clients. We maintain a C-10 Electrical Contractors License in the State of California. | |
